• Profile information you submit (your role, goals, preferences, neighborhood, and other details) to generate personalized event recommendations.
• Payment information processed through Stripe (we do not store credit card numbers or billing details on our servers).

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data such as page views, button clicks, and feature interactions, collected via PostHog analytics.
• Device and browser information (browser type, operating system, screen resolution).
• IP address and approximate geographic location.
• Referring URL and pages visited.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide the Services: Your profile text is sent to an AI model (Claude by Anthropic, via Amazon Bedrock) to generate event recommendations.
• To process payments: Payment data is processed by Stripe to complete your purchase.
• To improve the Services: Anonymous analytics data helps us understand usage patterns, identify issues, and improve the product.
• To communicate with you: If you contact us, we may use your information to respond to your inquiry.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the following third-party service providers as necessary to operate the Services:

• Stripe — payment processing (privacy policy)
• Amazon Web Services (Bedrock) — AI model hosting for generating recommendations (privacy policy)
• PostHog — anonymous product analytics (privacy policy)
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure (privacy policy)

We may also disclose your information if required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MustGo.AI, our users, or the public.

Data Retention

• Profile text: Processed in real-time to generate recommendations and not persisted on our servers after the response is generated.
• Payment records: Retained by Stripe per their data retention policy.
• Analytics data: Retained in PostHog for product improvement purposes.
• Profile text in analytics: Submitted profile text may be captured in PostHog analytics events for product improvement.

Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies and local storage for session management (e.g., preserving your profile during the payment flow). PostHog may set analytics cookies to track usage patterns. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect the functionality of the Services.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you;
• Request correction or deletion of your personal information;
• Opt out of analytics tracking;
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your information.
